Jos Buttler slammed 53-ball 94 against Mumbai Indians

Buttler was greater than the moon after his match-winning beat excited Rajasthan Royals to their third without stopping success in the Indian Premier League on Sunday.
Buttler smashed his fifth consecutive half-century to equal Virender Sehwag’s records for most successive fifties in the competition.
The age of 27year old struck a triumphant 94 off only 53 balls as Rajasthan Royals raced to a seven-wicket defeat over Mumbai Indians with 12 balls to unused at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
RR is now fifth in the points table with 12 points from 12 matches while Mumbai Indians were pressed to the sixth place, having 10 points from 12 games.
The splendid victory helped CSK to qualify for the playoffs. They had previous thrashed Sunrisers Hyderabad by eight wickets on Sunday.
It is a vision comes true. Create some good form and I’m trying to keep it going. Bit of do-or-die situation for us but I’m very confident so want to keep it going. I’ve exhausted a lot of time batting in the middle order, so I try to be there till the end,” man-of-the-match Buttler said.
“Our bowlers bowled on very good and controlled them to on 15 runs less. The smoothness of the ground and the wicket helped me today. Looking forward to the next game,” he added.
Royals captain Ajinkya Rahane was elated with the win but wants his side to improve in the fielding department.
“Great succeed for all of us. 168-169 on this wicket was 10-15 runs short. Jora’s couple of wickets in that over changed the game actually. We didn’t get a partnership in the previous games but we know that if we get one early on, it’ll be easy to chase. The conversation before the game was to get used to the wicket as soon as possible. There is room for growth in the fielding division. I would like the boys to stand up and do well in that,” Rahane said at the post-match presentation ceremony.
Rohit Sharma rued Mumbai Indians bad batting presentation after their seven-wicket defeat.
“We should have got 15-20 more, but I don’t wish for to be too harsh, we have played various good crickets. Innings like this can happen, we just have to stay our heads up,” Rohit said after the match.
Mumbai Indians is still in the race to make it to playoffs and will have to win their residual two matches.
“Buttler has been in great form, he didn’t give us any probability, but we bowled very fit. We want to see how we can come back in the next two games,” he said.
